The RegMed XB Pilot Factory is one of the largest international infrastructures for regenerative medicine. It brings together all the expertise and infrastructure needed to bring regenerative medicine to the market. RegMed XB Ecosystem

At RegMed XB, we believe in the power of coordinated collaboration. Our role is to promote and facilitate cooperation, enhancing the dynamic ecosystem of regenerative medicine. Visiting by train & bus
We advise you to come to the venue by public transport. You can reach Maastricht by train: Station Maastricht Centraal. From the train station you can reach Maastricht University – Minderbroedersberg within 20 min. walking distance or via bus 4 to the Bouillonstraat.  Please go to the website www.9292.nl for the most up to date travel information to the Maastricht University - Minderbroedersberg.


By Car & Parking

Maastricht University – Minderbroedersberg is located in the city center of Maastricht and doesn’t have it’s own parking facilities.  Qpark Vrijthof Maastricht is the nearest parking facility, within 5 min. walking distance to Maastricht University. The parking garage has a max. drive through height of 1,90m and electric charging points available.

The parking fee is €35,00 per day or €1,50 per 18 minutes.

Registration for the RegMed XB Annual Conference opening soon

Registration starts 1st of March 2024

How to register
In order to register for the conference please register online and be sure to submit your registration. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration.

The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • Daily lunch
  • Daily coffee breaks
  • Reception on Wednesday 12th of June
  • Reception on Thursday 13th June

Registration desk
The registration area at the main entrance will be open for registration and questions on Wednesday 12th June and Thursday 13th June 2024.

Payments
Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by bank transfer or secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the on-line registration form.

Cancellation and refunds
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing in case of cancellations.
Cancellation before 1 May 2024: payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 30%.
For cancellations made after this date: no refunds will be made.
Exchange rate differences and bank charges will also be deducted.

Language
The official language of the congress is English.

Conference badges
All participants must wear the identification badges. Entrance to meeting rooms and coffee- lunch break area will not be permitted to any person without badge.

Liability
Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Secretariat can be subject to any liability concerning participation related activity. Participants should, therefore, organize their own (health and travel) insurance(s).
