RegMed XB consists of a Dutch entity and a Flemish entity:
Stichting REGenerative MEDicine crossing Borders, a foundation established under the laws of The Netherlands, having its office statutory seat and address at Minderbroedersberg 4-6, 6211 LK Maastricht, The Netherlands and registered at the KvK under the number 67539408.
RegMed XB Flanders vzw, a non-profit association established under the laws of Belgium, having its office statutory seat and address at Waaistraat 6, 3000 Leuven, Belgium and registered at the Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen under the number RPR Leuven 0787.588.431
Together these entities operate under the name RegMed XB.
RegMed XB respects the privacy of visitors to its website www.regmedxb.com (the “RegMed XB Website”).
All personal data provided by you will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation EU 2016/679) and other applicable data protection legislation.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you on how RegMed XB uses your personal data and what your rights are in relation to your personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing by RegMed XB of personal data (such as names, email addresses and IP addresses) of:

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the processing of personal data of employees or individuals with a contractual employment relationship with RegMed XB.

RegMed XB will not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
Typical retention periods include:
- contact requests: 1 year.
- job applications: 4 weeks after completion of the recruitment process, unless consent is given for longer storage.
- collaboration or partnership information: until the partnership ends or earlier on request.
Disclosure to third parties
RegMed XB may share personal data with third parties where necessary for:
- providing services
- supporting IT infrastructure and website functionality
- complying with legal obligations
Where third parties process personal data on behalf of RegMed XB, appropriate data processing agreements are concluded to ensure an adequate level of security and confidentiality.

View, correct of delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your data. Next to that you have the right to revoke any permission you gave for the processing of data, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to data portability if digital personal data are processed by us either with your permission or for the performance of an agreement we have concluded with you. This means that you can submit a request, asking us to send the digital personal data we have stored about you in a readable computer file to you or an organization indicated by you.
You can send requests to view, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, a revocation of your permission, or an objection to the processing of your personal data to info@regmedxb.com. To ensure that a request to view was filed by you, we ask you to attach a copy of your identity card to your request. Please make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the lines with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (Dutch BSN) invisible. We ask you to do this in the context of your privacy. We will respond to requests as quickly as possible and within four weeks at the latest.
Complaints
If you believe that your personal data are not handled correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
