RegMed XB (Regenerative Medicine Crossing Borders) continues to accelerate the translation of regenerative medicine innovations toward clinical application across Flanders and the Netherlands.

To support our growing portfolio of advanced therapy projects, we are expanding our Flemish team.

We are currently hiring a Project Assistant (38–40 hours, hybrid – Leuven-based) to bring structure, precision, and reliability to complex biomedical programs.

The Project Assistant will play a key role in ensuring structured milestone tracking, governance support, accurate documentation, and consistent reporting across multiple translational projects in advanced therapies, including cell and gene therapy initiatives.

📍 Location: Leuven (Hybrid)

Travel: Biweekly travel to Maastricht/Utrecht
