Strengthening the RegMed XB Flemish–Dutch Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) ecosystem

RegMed XB proudly contributes to ATMP XB, a €3.5 million Interreg-cofunded initiative led by Biovia, aimed at reinforcing the cross-border ecosystem for ATMPs in Flanders and the South of the Netherlands.

With support from the European Union through Interreg Vlaanderen-Nederland, ATMP XB brings together the right companies, academic partners, clinical centers and infrastructure providers (including the RegMed XB Pilot Factory Pilot line Smart BioMaterials Consortium (SBMC), across the full ATMP value chain.

Key initiatives include a Flemish–Dutch ATMP QA/QC Competence Centre, a GMP Biomaterials Hub, and innovation tracks to boost speed, safety and efficiency.

Through its network and expertise, RegMed XB helps connect partners, align innovation efforts and accelerate translation from research to clinical application—contributing to a strong, integrated ATMP environment in both Flanders and the Netherlands.
