Danielle Counotte - Business Developer

Danielle joined RegMed XB as Business Developer in July 2026. She was trained as a neuroscientist and brings experience in both preclinical and clinical research. Having worked across academia and industry, Danielle now bridges these worlds as a knowledge transfer and business development professional, connecting ideas, people, and opportunities to unlock impact in regenerative medicine. In her previous role at Utrecht Holdings, Danielle was involved in the creation of academic spin-out companies and licensing deals in biotech and life science.

Why Danielle is passionate about our mission: “I am personally driven by one mission: to turn scientific discoveries into real-world solutions that improve lives. And I believe that mission aligns very well with RegMed XB’s mission. I am fascinated by the potential of making something that doesn’t exist yet.”

Danielle is also passionate about building inclusive and diverse workplaces where people feel empowered to contribute. Outside of work, Danielle loves running and travelling to new places.
